چکیده
Abstract Although it has been established that excessive daily calorie intake contributes to the development of hypertension, relation between energy consumption and blood pressure in patients on stable antihypertensive therapy is not yet known. The aim study was evaluate 24 hours control therapy. Materials methods Cross-sectional included 141 hypertensive with age median 56.5 (45.00 ÷ 63.70) years old. All had during three months target office at moment inclusion study. Ambulatory monitoring (ABPM) done all Heaco ABPM50 monitoring. Physical activity assessed using International Activity Questionnaire (kcal/week). Patients full dietary diaries mean for days calculated standardized soft “Test Rational Nutrition” (TRP-D02, Ukraine). Fasting glucose, HbA1c, lipids, uric acids, creatinine, C-reactive protein were patients. Data analyzed SPSS IBM 19.0. متن کاملVariability of circadian blood pressure profile during 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in hypertensive patients.
BACKGROUND Evaluation of circadian blood pressure (BP) profile is an important element of ambulatory BP monitoring (ABPM). Abnormal nocturnal fall in BP is more common in patients with secondary causes of hypertension and in the elderly. Cardiovascular risk is substantially increased in these patients. AIM Analysis of circadian BP profile in a population of treated hypertensives and identific...
متن کاملEffects of antihypertensive therapy on blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with severe hypertension.
The mechanisms responsible for regression of left ventricular (LV) mass with antihypertensive therapy in patients with severe hypertension remain unclear. This study was designed to examine whether systolic and diastolic blood pressures are associated with changes in LV mass. Eighteen patients with essential hypertension whose average seated diastolic blood pressure was >or = 110 mm Hg were enr...
